Chapter 11 · 11.1
Changing your details and invoice address
You manage your own name, email address, phone number, language and invoice address. In the menu on the left, go to My Administration. You'll land on the Details tab (1). The tabs next to it take you to the rest of your administration: contacts, login details, users, transfer, merge, received emails and the archive.

Personal information
- First name and Last name (2): this name appears on your invoices.
- Email address (3): we send invoices and messages to this address. This is not the address you use to log in. You change that under Login details, see Changing your login email address.
- Phone number: choose your country on the left and enter your number.
- Language (4): the language of our emails and invoices to you.
With Change history (5) you can see when your details were changed and what was changed.

Invoice address

- Business name (1): fill this in if you're a business customer. The name will then appear on your invoices.
- VAT number (2): for business customers. This way your VAT number appears on your invoices.
- Default payment method (3): how you pay your invoices. More about this in Your default payment method.
- Address (4): street, house number, addition, city, country, province and postal code. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Please note: your account details also serve as your own domain contact. If you have domains with this contact as owner, your changes will automatically carry over to those domains and to the registry. You'll then see a notification listing the domains involved. If you want a domain to get a different owner, read Domain contacts and changing the owner.
Email preferences and saving

- Tick or untick I want to receive news and offers from WebOké (1). Below the tick box you'll see when you last changed this. You always receive important messages about your services, invoices and domains; you cannot opt out of those.
- Click Save changes (2). A notification will appear at the top confirming your details have been saved.
- Changed your mind? Click Cancel changes (3). Anything you hadn't saved yet will not be kept.
Tip: below the save section you'll find the Your data and privacy block. There you can download all your data or have your account deleted. See Privacy: downloading or deleting your data.
